All products of Simoni Racing catalog respect the Italian manufacturer's warranty (Legislative Decree 24 of 02/02/2002). In order to benefit from it guarantee just keep the invoice, packaging intact and the products ordered. To obtain warranty service, products must be used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation attached to them. If, as a result of technical intervention by Simoni Racing, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery, as well as transportation costs, if incurred by Simoni Racing.
Returns / Returns PolicyThe law (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06 September 2005 cd. consumer code) guarantees the right to withdraw, for whatever reason, the purchase contract; this right is reserved for natural persons, thereby excluding purchases made on behalf of a company, or any purchase made by indicating in the order form Simoni Racing Spa a VAT number reference.

Products and their use
The approved items are indicated with APPROVED / I marked and can be used on roads open to traffic. Articles are NOT APPROVED for use in closed circuits or in fairs, events.
Simoni Racing will not be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation of the products. We recommend the installation of the articles in these pages, by trained personnel.
For every order placed SIMONI RACING invoices of material sent by e-mail to the order. The data provided by you when you order will be included in the invoice. No change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice. It will therefore not be possible to send goods by private buyers who do not provide their social security number.
The customer can buy products in the electronic catalog SIMONI RACING, when the order. The images and technical data in support of a product may not be complete and comprehensive of its characteristics but different for example: (weight, color etc ...).

Delivery times are to be considered purely indicative .Simoni Racing Spa will not be responsible for the delay in fulfilling its obligations (including delivery or service) if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will be entitled eligible for an 'extension of time for non-performance. If the event of force majeure persists for a period longer than two months either party shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without any compensation being due to the counterparty.
Simoni Racing will be considered also not responsible for any changes in costs, because beyond its control.

The delivery of goods shall be deemed to street level (do not deliver the plans in any case)
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
• that the number of packages is as specified in the accompanying document
• The packaging is not damaged or wet or altered, including the packaging materials such as adhesive tape or strapping.
• Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified, subject to control by writing (specifying WITH EXTREME PRECISION THE SAME REASON THE RESERVE, eg. "Packaging broken" , "wet pack", etc.) on the proof of delivery courier.
Once signed the document courier, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of what was received.
Any problems concerning the physical, the mismatch or incompleteness of the products delivered, must be reported within 3 days of delivery, as specified in this agreement.
You can not choose specific day and time, it is however possible to directly contact the carrier indicated in the e-mail or shipment confirmation SMS.
If you are unable to make delivery to the absence of the recipient, the address indicated, the courier will leave a notice (also receive e-mail or text message), then make a second attempt and, if again, the absence of the recipient , leave a second notice of passage. After two attempts to vacuum delivery, the package will remain in doposito at the courier for 5 days, from the date of the second notice. After that time, the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier (because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer), the goods will be made to return at our office.
If the 'delivery address provided by the Customer is incorrect or if it is rejected delivery, the goods will return to the sender and the order will not be sent back a second time to the customer.
It is in no way possible to vary the times and the delivery lugo once the shipping documents issued.
